Construction doesn't need to be frustrating.
It needs a plan.

Developing a property from acquisition to the owner's vision is often more involved and expensive than anticipated.  Our clients are successful in their own fields, and those fields are typically not in the construction industry.  They recognize their own lack of bandwidth, proximity, and/or staffing necessary to drive a development project to a successful completion.  We fill the void and regain project ownership for the client by building the team, putting the plan together, and monitoring the progress in the best interest of the owner.

Visibility

Real Time Data

"I've written 50% of the checks... are we 50% of the way through the project?"  We offer our clients real time, up-to-the minute data via a customized web portal and mobile app to eliminate the most frustrating aspect for owners... not knowing.  Our clients can see an updated schedule driven by the project Gantt chart, outstanding items, and task ownership required to stay on plan.

Accountability

Checks and Balances

There is a lot of confidence in scheduling before a project starts, but those printed calendars  are typically revisited when the timeline has slipped, and it is too late.  Our project schedules are live documents, requiring justification to move timelines.  We can monitor the impact a change will have on the overall project's critical path, allowing the team to adjust the plan to stay on time.

Communication

Cadence

Communication is the foundation of a successful team, and we streamline that process for our clients.  We are the first point of contact for all team members, and together with our clients set the cadence for reporting all project activities.

Onsite

Local

Effective management of a project requires being there.  We focus on Sonoma County to ensure that we have the relationships needed and onsite presence to adapt to changes and handle issues as they arise.   We are there so that you can be, but don't have to be.
